Arkiphere offers the following services on a subscription basis:

  • On-demand cloud infrastructure access
  • Management and monitoring tools
  • Technical support services according to the contracted plan
  • Scalable storage capacity

2.2 Service Plans

Services are offered in different plans, each with its own features and limitations. Detailed specifications for each plan are available on our website and may be modified with 30 days prior notice.

3. Contracting Process

3.1 Service Request

Service contracting is conducted exclusively through our online platform. The process requires:

  • Business account registration
  • Business identity verification
  • Service plan selection
  • Acceptance of terms and conditions
  • Payment method configuration

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Structure

Prices are established according to:

  • Selected base plan
  • Additional resource consumption
  • Contracted complementary services

4.2 Billing

Billing is conducted monthly and includes:

  • Base fee for the contracted plan
  • Additional resource consumption from the previous month
  • Utilized complementary services

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Evolutia Digital LLP. Specific terms include:

  • Automatic monthly charge to the registered card or account
  • Billing in United States Dollars (USD)
  • Payments are non-refundable except for demonstrated technical error
  • Billing period from the 1st to the last day of the month

5. Duration and Cancellation

5.1 Service Duration

Services are contracted for automatically renewable monthly periods. There is no commitment period unless specified otherwise in special offers.

5.2 Service Cancellation

The customer may cancel the service at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for early cancellation
  • The customer is responsible for extracting their data before cancellation
  • Data will be deleted 30 days after effective cancellation

6. Service Usage

6.1 Usage Limits

Service usage is subject to:

  • Technical limits specified in each plan
  • Acceptable use policies
  • Performance and capacity restrictions
  • API and request quotas

6.2 Excess Usage

Exceeding established limits will result in:

  • Additional charges according to current rates
  • Possible temporary service limitation
  • Automatic customer notification

7. Technical Support

7.1 Support Levels

Technical support is provided according to the contracted plan:

  • Basic support: documentation and tickets

7.2 Response Times

Response times vary according to:

  • Contracted support level
  • Incident severity
  • Corresponding service hours

8. Service Modifications

8.1 Service Changes

Arkiphere reserves the right to:

  • Modify the technical characteristics of services
  • Update prices with 30 days prior notice
  • Discontinue features with prior notice
  • Add new features and services

9. Privacy and Data

9.1 Data Processing

Data processing is conducted according to:

  • Current privacy policy
  • Applicable data protection regulations
  • Specific data processing agreements

10. Final Provisions

10.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
