Arkiphere Cloud LLC (“Arkiphere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Arkiphere AEO / Search Engine Optimizator (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service accesses, how it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.
- Information we access
When you choose to connect Google Search Console, the Service requests Google OAuth access limited to the read-only scope needed to provide its features. This can include your Google account identifier and basic account information made available by Google, the Search Console properties you authorize, and read-only Search Console data such as search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, positions, and related performance reports.
We do not request permission to edit, delete, or manage your Search Console properties. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, contacts, or other Google services unless a separate authorization screen expressly says so.
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message, and any information you decide to include. We may also collect basic technical information needed to secure and operate the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and server logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, connect the Google Search Console properties you select, display and analyze SEO performance, generate recommendations and reports, provide and maintain the Service, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
We use Google user data only for the limited functionality described above. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, rent it, or use it to determine credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other eligibility.
We do not use read-only Search Console data to build advertising profiles or to train a general-purpose artificial intelligence model.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Arkiphere’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the permissions necessary for the Service, use the data to provide the user-facing feature that you requested, and do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide that feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with appropriate protections.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share information with service providers that host, secure, monitor, or support the Service, only under confidentiality and data-protection obligations and only to perform services for us. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Arkiphere, or the public; or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
5. Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, including providing the Service, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. When you disconnect Google Search Console, we stop requesting new data. We delete or anonymize stored connected-account and report data when it is no longer needed, subject to backups, legal obligations, and legitimate security records.
6. Your choices and Google access revocation
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can revoke Arkiphere’s Google access from your Google Account’s third-party connections page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation prevents future API access. You may also contact us to request deletion of information associated with your account, ask what information we hold, or request correction of inaccurate information. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud and protect security.
You can control cookies through your browser. The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for login, security, preferences, and basic operation. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising.
7. International processing
Arkiphere and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and process information consistently with this policy and applicable law.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, legal requirements, or our data practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the Service.
